These terms apply to purchases through saikosupplies.com, operated by Regular In Demand Services Pte Ltd, UEN 202510170H (“SAIKO”, “we”, “us”).

Products and information

Please check the product model, specifications and suitability before ordering. Contact us if you need assistance choosing equipment.

Images are for illustration only. Actual product appearance may vary slightly. Products supplied must meet the agreed description and specifications.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Singapore dollars. GST treatment is stated on the relevant product page and at checkout. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately.

Quotation-only products require confirmation of price, availability and delivery arrangements before payment. Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation.

Orders and availability

An automatic order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We accept your order when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods.

Orders are subject to stock availability. If we identify an error or cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you promptly. Any proposed substitution or price change requires your agreement. Payments for orders we cannot fulfil will be refunded.

Delivery

Please refer to our Delivery Information page for charges, estimated delivery times, access requirements and delivery exclusions.

Bulky equipment and restricted locations require a separate delivery quotation. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Please provide accurate delivery and contact details.

Returns, faults and warranty

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, contact us promptly with your order details and supporting photographs where helpful.

Our Returns & Refunds and Warranty & Support policies explain assessment, remedies, return arrangements and warranty coverage. Please contact us before returning equipment.

Nothing in these terms or policies excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Safe use

Use equipment according to the supplied instructions, safety guidance and intended purpose. Check electrical requirements and operating conditions before use.

Stop using equipment if it appears damaged or unsafe and contact us for assistance.

Website use and privacy

Do not misuse this website, interfere with its operation or submit false or unlawful information.

Updates and governing law

We may update these terms for future purchases. Changes do not retrospectively alter accepted orders unless agreed with you or required by law.
