Delivery Information

We deliver SAIKO equipment and supplies to eligible mainland Singapore addresses. Orders are fulfilled by delivery only.

Delivery charges

The free-delivery threshold is calculated after discounts, excluding delivery charges. Standard delivery covers one address in one trip. Bulky equipment, restricted locations and special handling are quoted separately.

When will my order arrive?

In-stock orders are normally delivered within 2–4 working days after payment and stock confirmation. Deliveries take place Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates; we will confirm the arrangements with you. Items awaiting stock or special orders may take longer, with timing confirmed before the order is accepted.

Bulky equipment and restricted locations

Delivery for floor scrubbers, 660 L bins, large trolley orders and other bulky items is quoted separately, including orders above S$250. Sentosa, Jurong Island, offshore islands and locations requiring security clearance also require a delivery quotation, subject to access and service availability. Applicable charges will be confirmed before payment.

Access and special arrangements

Please provide an accurate address, contact number and any access restrictions. Standard delivery requires suitable lift access where applicable. Stairs, special handling and installation must be arranged separately, with any additional charges confirmed before payment.
